ANZATA Declarations

Correspondence Declaration

We need to be able to communicate with our members via email. This includes important documents regarding upcoming AGMs, renewal notices, regular newsletters, community notices, arts therapy employment opportunity notices, and other notices pertinent to the ANZATA arts therapy community. We are always mindful to limit our communications to essential information so as not to overwhelm your inbox.

While ANZATA is aware that we must give you the option to unsubscribe from emails, to become an effective member of ANZATA it is essential that you agree to receive our communication.

Documentation Declaration

Your application for ANZATA professional membership must be accompanied by certified copies of required documentation. The documentation requirements vary according to the Option you are applying under. Please ensure that all documents that you supply are certified according to the laws of your country.

By ticking this declaration box, you are declaring that the scanned and uploaded copies of your documents are a true and correct record.
